TRANSPARENT CHARGES

PAYMENT & REFUND PRINCIPLES

Every quotation should separate professional work from authority and third-party costs.

SEPARATE COSTS

Consultation fee; documentation or service fee; embassy or government fee; visa-centre fee; insurance, translation and courier charges; and any other third-party cost are shown separately.

WHEN SERVICE BEGINS

The written agreement or receipt should identify the accepted service, payment stage and when professional work starts.

REFUND BASIS

Refundability depends on the stage reached and actual work completed. Authority and third-party charges follow their own rules. The client receives the applicable terms before payment.

CLIENT DELAY

The agreement should explain the effect of late, incomplete or inconsistent documents on preparation and submission.

REFUSAL, APPEAL & REAPPLICATION

A refusal does not create an automatic refund. Review, appeal or reapplication is a separate service unless expressly included in writing.

PAYMENT SAFETY

Use an accepted payment method stated by UVS. Do not make a cash payment without an official receipt. Verify unexpected account changes using the published number.
